CJS works in partnership with Corrections staff to provide RJ to adults in the Halifax Region.

Halifax Regional Police (HRP)
HRP members can refer clients to RJ at a pre-charge level, and participate in the RJ process by attending RJ circle discussions and helping to create plans and agreements as participants move forward.

RCMP members can refer clients to RJ at a pre-charge level, and participate in the RJ process by attending RJ circle discussions and helping to create plans and agreements as participants move forward.

Crown Attorneys working in the PPS can make post-charge referrals for clients to attend the RJ Program at CJS.
